Legal basis

• Legal notice: information pursuant to § 5 DDG (German Digital Services Act).
• Privacy Policy: information on the processing of personal data.
• Terms and Conditions: the Terms and Conditions of faktoora GmbH.
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA): agreement on data processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): availability, support and response times.

Only the German versions of these documents are legally binding.

Downloads (German, legally binding)

• Terms and Conditions (PDF): valid from 1 December 2026.
• Data Processing Agreement (DPA, PDF, v4.2): data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, including technical and organisational measures; valid from 1 December 2026.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA, PDF, v4.2): availability, support, security and business continuity of the faktoora SaaS platform; valid from 1 December 2026.

Versions valid until 30 November 2026 (German, legally binding)

The previous versions apply until 1 December 2026. We inform existing customers about the changes separately.
