Smart filter function for XRechnungen
Description: Our extended search function lets you filter XRechnungen by various attributes and meta information.
Practical example 1: You want to filter all XRechnungen from the last six months with an amount of more than €5,000. With just a few clicks, you have an overview of all relevant invoices.
Practical example 2: In the last quarter, your company made several deliveries for a major Deutsche Bahn project. To get an overview of all related XRechnungen created under a specific framework agreement number, you use the smart filter function. Within seconds, you find all relevant invoices and can quickly retrieve them for your accounting or for review.

Saveable customer-specific invoice profiles
Description: This function lets you store certain optional fields in the invoice form for different customers. For example, an XRechnung is always created for customer A and a ZUGFeRD invoice for customer B.
Practical example 1: For invoices to a public body such as the Federal Ministry of Transport, you want to make sure that two specific optional fields are always activated in the XRechnung. With saveable invoice profiles, you can set this up automatically.
Individual price lists for customers
Description: Manage and store specific price lists per customer and product, especially for public-sector clients such as Deutsche Bahn or the Bundeswehr (German armed forces).
Practical example 1: You offer the Bundeswehr a volume discount on a specific product. Thanks to the individual price list, you do not have to calculate this discount manually every time.
Practical example 2: A special price for a service has been agreed for a particular project with Deutsche Bahn. Create this price in an individual price list so that you always use the correct amount when invoicing.
