CRM integrations
Do you use Pipedrive or HubSpot for customer acquisition? You can now transfer your contacts directly to faktoora. This not only reduces tedious and error-prone data maintenance, but also lets you optimise your entire invoicing: fewer errors, faster processes and more time to take care of the things that matter.
How to use the new feature
In the main menu, go to "Integrations", select the appropriate integration and click "connect". Your contacts are then available in faktoora. You can find step-by-step instructions in the knowledge base for Pipedrive and HubSpot.

Bank account integration
For maximum transparency: keep track of incoming and outgoing payments at all times. Assign receipts and invoices to payments and make sure no invoice gets lost.
How to use the new feature
Under the menu item "Banking", you can easily connect and synchronise a bank account. In the "Reference" and "Category" columns, you can assign receipts and categories to the payments.
Support for custom SMTP
You can now send your invoices, XRechnungen, payment reminders and quotes directly via faktoora in your own name: connect your email server to your account and send documents to your customers from your own email address. This reduces confusion among your customers and also allows direct communication via your email server.
How to use the new feature
Under "Settings", you will find the menu item "Mail server". Here you enter the server name, port and login credentials for sending emails. Activate this option via the checkbox "Use own outgoing mail server for delivery via faktoora".

AI-assisted product portfolios
Artificial intelligence is arriving at faktoora too: give the AI a few details about your customers and your industry and let it create a tailored product portfolio for you. This saves you time and may even open up new product or service ideas.
How to use the new feature
Go to your product catalogue via the menu item "Products". Click "Generate products", enter the necessary information and let the AI draw up a suggestion for you. You choose what you want to adopt and what not, and of course you can also edit the products afterwards.
