1. Log in to faktoora.
- Log in to faktoora.
Gutschrift ohne Rechnung 1
- Click on Invoices
Gutschrift ohne Rechnung 2
- Click on “Create invoice”

- Click at the very top on “Standard invoice (Code 380)”
Gutschrift ohne Rechnung 4
- Select "Credit note (Code 381)".
